By accessing or using ClawVortex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Workflows and configurations you create are yours — you retain full ownership of your AGENTS.md exports and agent designs.

Limitations

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. You may not use the Service to build a competing product. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Agent workflows created using the Service are your responsibility to test and validate before production use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawVortex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
